Kyle Cox, Managing Director
Kyle has 14 years of experience focused in the healthcare and technology industries, with roles in executive management, marketing, business development and operations. Prior to forming Post Oak, Kyle was a Principal at SeedOne Ventures, an early stage venture firm focused on emerging Healthcare markets. Before joining SeedOne, Kyle held various positions for St. Jude Medical including Market Development Sales Manager, and Marketing Manager - Cardiac Rhythm Management. Prior to St. Jude Medical, Kyle held various positions with start-up healthcare companies including WebMD and QuickCompliance, now part of Discovery Communications.
Mr. Cox received his MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Roel Trip, Managing Director
Roel has 25 years experience in developing medical products from concept to commercialization in a wide range of applications including cardiology, ophthalmology, neurology, orthopedics and aesthetics, with roles in executive management, research and development, manufacturing, business development, IP, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory and Quality. He has secured venture funding and managed 7 medical devices start-up companies through the early stages of their development. Prior to joining Post Oak, Roel held various positions at The Innovation Factory, Novoste Corporation and Cordis Europe, now part of Johnson & Johnson. Roel is named on 20+ patents and applications.
In addition to receiving the Medical Device Excellence Award in 2001 for the Novoste Beta-Cath Vascular Brachytherapy System, Roel received his MBA from the University of Groningen and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Hogeschool Drenthe in the Netherlands.
